Consumer complaints and suggestions to the AFCCP can now be forwarded to the Gerege Kiosk.

By clicking on the Complaints and Appeals button with the AFCCP logo of the Gerege kiosk menu one will obtain information about  where, from whom,and what the complaint is about. By filling in the fields and clicking the “Submit” button, complaints can be automatically sent to the AFCCP Monitoring System for resolution.

Gerege has successfully grown its business, now consisting of operational 122 kiosks

in key 64 locations of the capital of Mongolia and 12 kiosks in provinces .
