By clicking on the Complaints and Appeals button with the AFCCP logo of the Gerege kiosk menu one will obtain information about where, from whom,and what the complaint is about. By filling in the fields and clicking the “Submit” button, complaints can be automatically sent to the AFCCP Monitoring System for resolution.
