DOES THIS PRIVACY POLICY APPLY TO YOU?
This Privacy Policy only applies to you if you are a Gerege user, meaning that you have registered through the Gerege App, or received services from the following:

WHAT INFORMATION DO YOU NEED TO PROVIDE GEREGE?
You’re asked to provide a Mongolian registration number, email address, or foreign passport number to use services provided by Gerege. We do not use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.

LOG DATA
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?
We use your information to provide you with the necessary public services such as payment processing or registration of Covid-19 PCR & Rapid testing.
For ArriveMN, the Health Declaration form provided by the Mongolian Customs General Administration (MCGA) is intended to facilitate traveler entry to Mongolia through the voluntary provision of information to the MCGA in advance of arrival.
This information may be provided electronically prior to entry to Mongolia on a voluntary basis. If it is not provided prior to entry, it must be provided when entering Mongolia as part of the normal cross-border travel process. It is entirely optional whether this information is provided electronically prior to entry, and there are no penalties if you choose not to provide this information until you enter Mongolia.
When you use this service, your personal information is encrypted and transmitted securely to, and retained by, the MCGA for a period of 72 hours. This allows the MCGA to retrieve your declaration when you arrive in Mongolia and validate your declaration at the airport customs. Your information, including your email address, will be used to communicate with you in order to confirm receipt as well as for program evaluation purposes.

WHO DO WE SHARE YOUR DATA WITH?
We do not share your information with third parties, except if instructed to by a court or authority or compelled by law. We use these third-party services solely to process or store your information for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Any third party with whom we share user data is required to provide the same or equal protection of user data as stated in this Privacy Policy.

WHERE DO WE PROCESS YOUR DATA?
Our servers are located in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. We also have support, engineering, and other teams that support the provision of Gerege to you, located in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.

SECURITY
We value your trust in providing us with your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
